Rumors, twisted tales, and screwed up lies
Mean stories about me fly
Through the air
I try hard not to care
But your cruel words hurt
You treat me like dirt
Because of something you heard
I wince at your cruel heartless words
Knives in my back
The words get absorbed into my backpack
To remind me later of the niceness you lack
Dirty looks
Angry books
Full of mean things about me
You diss me because of what you see
Your eyes shoot daggers into mine
I wish I could turn back the time
And stop the rumors that cause me so much pain
Teenage girls are all the same
Anger, jealousy, or maybe stupidity
Why are you so mean to me
Was it something I did or said
That makes you wish I was dead?
Hateful dreams of me screwing up
You’re so sick I want to throw up
Green with envy
Sick with jealousy
You and your friends harbor hate and envy
You don’t even know me
Or how I feel
Do you think these dumb rumors are real?
Rumors about me
Hateful tales
Why does everyone want me to mess up and fail?
Mean stories about you fly
Rumors, twisted tales, and screwed up lies
I bet it hurts when they call you names
