Seeing an ice-cream cone,
With a vanilla scoop and a chocolate scoop,
Melting and slowly blending in between,
Reminds me of different races in America.
People from all over the world are here,
With their own different cultures;
Those slowly blend into American culture,
Like melting chocolate mixing with melting vanilla.
Many say that America is a land for everyone,
We all can live and dream in here,
Just like there is more than just vanilla
On an ice-cream cone.
