MAC: The CN 219 lab has OS X Tiger installed. It is currently set up to auto login to a generic user account. This lab is set up for Graphic Art and Video classes. Open hours are Very limited. ELC 306 is the Education Lab and has a few MAC computers that are running OS X Tiger, and are auto logging in the same way.
A student's account is valid for as long as they are a registered student. If a student is not a registered student for any semester except for Summer Semester, your account will be deleted that semester, and all the files associated with that account will also be deleted. You will also lose access to your email address as well.
Students are given 100 MB of personal disk space and 20 MB for e-mail.
Because of the public nature of the computer labs, your behavior has a direct impact on other students. The computer resources are provided for SUU students to enhance their educational experience. Recreational use of the computers is allowed, but please remember that priority is given to those students who have homework to complete. We also want to provide an environment that is conducive to learning. Loud, obnoxious behavior, and vulgarity are counterproductive to the learning process.
