NetStorage is a way for students to access files saved on their student drives (Drive F) from off campus. Students can also access the classes drive (Drive G), which is where many teachers store course materials such as the course syllabus and assignment information.
To access NetStorage you need an active student account. This is the same account you use to log into campus computers.
No, you don't need to use NetStorage when you are on campus computers. When you log in with your student account to a campus computer, access to your student drive and the classes drive is taken care of automatically. All you need to do to access these drives is to open "My Computer" which can be found in the top left corner of your computer screen, or you can click on the "Start" button in the bottom left of your screen and go up to "My Computer".
Students are given 100 MB of personal disk space and at least 6 gigabytes of email storage.
