Public Policy Forum, Nov. 28 Come join in the Leavitt Center's final forum of the semester for a discussion that is sure to be thought-provoking.
Collegiate DebateThe College Libertarians, Democrats and Republicans will debate Wednesday at noon in the Living Room. The topic: education funding. Read more at the University Journal online. Internship Open HouseAn internship open house will be held Nov. 8 at 6 p.m. in the Great Basin Room of the Sharwan Smith Center. Information will be provided on a variety of interdisciplinary internships available in Washington, D.C. during spring semester. Candidate Web SitesWe encourage everyone to be informed and then vote. - Democratic Party Vote Project WeekFrom Sept. 25-29, the Leavitt Center will be sponsoring Vote Project Week. The Leavitt Center will push a voter registration drive and Wednesday, Sept. 27, the center will host a meet and greet with state legislature candidates from Cedar City's district in the Living Room from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Everyone is invited. Also, just after the Preamble recitation at noon, Professors Franklin, Decker and Howell will participate in a panel discussion: "Perspectives on the Constitution." President George W.
