Voucher Debate Rescheduled for this Wednesday

What:
SUU’s Department of Political Science & Criminal Justice will host a public debate to discuss the Referendum 1 School Voucher proposal, to be voted on in the upcoming election next week.

When:
Noon on Wednesday, October 31.

Who:
All members of the community and press are invited to attend this free event.

Iron County Defense Attorney and SUU Graduate MPA Professor Randall Allen and Faculty Advisor for the SUU College Republicans and Director of the Center for Economic Education Joe Baker debate this hot election topic. Baker will be arguing for education vouchers and Allen will be arguing against. A third perspective will be given by SUU Professor of Philosophy Kirk Fitzpatrick, who will represent the Libertarian side of the debate.
