Early Spring Semester. (tentatively scheduled)

Everyone is encouraged to ride their bike to school on this day in order to decrease traffic congestion, decrease CO2 output, and to persuade others to start riding or walking to school.

A pledge sheet will be made available for students to commit to either riding or walking to school or work one day a week.

A drawing will take place towards the end of the day for all those that signed the pledge. Winners will be announced the day of the event.

A date has not yet been established.

We talked about planting trees on campus or near a city trail or park along with building a bench out of recycled materials. We would like to have a plaque there that has an Earth Club logo and the year the project was done.
