Directions for Completing Graduation Paperwork
Getting close to graduating? Then it’s time to see the advising office for directions on completing the graduation worksheet. We use a simpler version of the registrar's form that is easier to complete. A handout from the advising office will guide you through the process.
Note: if you are in secondary education (Art, Dance, Music or Theatre), get your graduation worksheet from the College of Education; their form is slightly different.
DEADLINES for submitting the completed and signed gradations forms are:
- October 15 for spring graduation
- February 15 for fall graduation.
