Entries must be submitted as digital images, on a CD, mailed with the entry form.  Clearly identify each image with student name, e-mail address, mailing address, high school, art instructor, title of the work, size, medium and price (or, value for insurance purposes).

• Original artwork will not be accepted for the adjudication round.
• There is no entry fee, however, each work selected for the show will be assessed a $10 handling fee payable when delivered to the gallery.
• All entries must be received by September 1, 2008.  We are accepting entries now through the deadline.
• Faculty from Southern Utah University’s Art and Design Department will jury the entries on September 2, 2008 and acceptance letters will be immediately e-mailed.
• Accepted artwork must be delivered, or shipped, to the gallery and received on or before Tuesday, September 16, 2008. 

Pickup, or prepaid, shipping, of the art must occur before November 1, 2008 following the closing of the show on October 25, 2008.
