How to give
Gifts to the SUU Ballroom Dance Company can be made online or by mail. For online donations, please fill out the online form. Be sure to list on the form under the line item "other", that your contribution will go to the Ballroom Dance Company. For donations made by mail, please print out the mailing form, and send either check or money order, made out to the SUU Ballroom Dance Company, to 351 W. University blvd, Cedar City, UT.
