SUU’s MFA students are eligible to receive tuition assistance and/or a tuition waiver. Some MFA students are also eligible to receive assistantships up to a maximum of $8,000 per student per fiscal year. Students are awarded tuition waivers and assistantships on an individual basis. Funds are limited and not guaranteed to all students. Assistantships are earned through part-time work with professional affiliates. Each student, however, is responsible to pay for student fees, books, and living expenses.
