All staff, faculty and student employees are eligible for all awards.
The Pinnacle and High Altitude Awards will be selected by an evaluation committee. This committee will consist of:
*Evaluation Committee members will be selected by the Quality Service Committee
*Members on both Committees may not nominate for these awards
This is the highest honor of recognition given to an individual who demonstrates the characteristics of PEAK Quality Service. It will be given once each semester and the recipient will receive a plaque and $200 in cash (subject to applicable taxes) or deposited into their Health Savings Account.
This is awarded to a department or office for their exceptional dedication to quality service. The selected office or department will receive an afternoon movie excursion.
This award is an immediate recognition for unique quality service by an individual.
