Clinical DocumentationALL clinical documentation for Fall Semester 2009 (this includes any documentation expiring August 24 - December 4, 2009) must be updated and turned into the office manager by Noon, August 10, 2009. Please note: PN assessment exam for SUU nursing students (must complete level 2 successfully) will only be offered twice a year; once in May and again in December. Next exam will be on December 14, 2009, 9:00 a.m. - Noon, SC023. Fee for exam is $33 or $56 for exam and practice exam. Students must pay and pre-register through the nursing office no later than Noon on November 20, 2009, (fees are non-refundable). Contact the Nursing Office for additional information. Students will receive registration information/codes on 8/24/09. Register for the following NURS courses: 4330, 4340-01, 4350, 3260, one of the 4335 sections and one of the 4355 sections. Students must sign in using their user name and password previously created DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY FOR IT. Register for the following NURS courses: 4430, 4440, 4550, one of the 4435 sections and one of the 4555 sections. First week of school (8/24/09-8/28/09) schedule: Opening Celebration/Meeting (Mandatory), Monday (8/24/09) 0830-1000, Sharwan Smith Student Center, 208S (Starlight Room) Clinical orientation Monday, 8/24/09, 1030-1430, Sharwan Smith Student Center, 141CB (Cedar Breaks). Classes Thursday 0900-1250 and Friday 0900-1550. Clinicals 24/7 as scheduled individually, starting 9/5/09.
RN to BSN Fall 2009Register for the following NURS courses: 4340-02, 4360-02, 4351 and one of the 4356 sections. Classes start on Tuesday, August 25, 2009, at 0800 in GC-003.
