Fee for exam is $33.00. Practice exams are available for an additional fee. Students must pay and pre-register through the nursing office no later than Noon, 11/21/08. Level 1 Spring 2009Register for the following NURS courses: 3120, 3130, 3140 and one of the 3135 sections. You must be flexible – there will be class or clinical experiences everyday; Monday through Friday, in this first semester. First week of school (1/5/09-1/9/09) schedule: Classes Monday and Tuesday 0900-1450, GC-003. Pictures for nursing badges Tuesday (1/6/09) at 3:00 p.m. PE-118. Orientation and safety module to ATTL clinical lab (GC-008) Wednesday (1/7/09) Section 1: 1200-1500; Section 2: 1500-1800
Level 2 Spring 2009Register for the following NURS courses: 3220, 3230, 3240, 4360-01, and one of the 3235 sections. First week of school (1/5/09-1/9/09) schedule: Monday 0800-1100 (SC-023) orientation to NURS 3235 clinical lab & 1200-1600 Medication Validation (GC-008) Tuesday Computer training at DRMC Tuesday (1/6/09), 8am – noon. Classes Wednesday 1200-1550, Thursday 0900-1550 and Friday 0900-1050. Clinicals are on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Level 3 Fall 2008Hurst Review (Live NCLEX Review): December 1 - December 4, 8am - 4pm, R. Haze Hunter Conference Center, Charles Hunter Room (107 CH). All level 3 students will need to register at: http://www.hurstreview.com, no later than November 15. Any questions contact Teresa (435)586-7915. Spring 2009Register for the following NURS courses: 4330, 4340-01, 4350, 3260 and one of the 4335 sections and one of the 4355 sections. First week of school (1/5/09-1/9/09) schedule: Monday meet in ATTL (GC-006) for orientation to NURS 4335 (Family Clinical Lab) & skills practice module on fetal monitoring, bring textbook/workbook (click on link for your schedule). Tuesday ATTL validation (sign up sheet will be available on Monday 1/5/09). Classes Wednesday 1200-1650 and Thursday 0900-1450. Clinicals are on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays and (Saturdays & Sundays?). First week of school (1/5/09-1/9/09) schedule: Clinical orientation Monday, 1/5/09, 0830-1530, GC-004. Classes Thursday 0900-1250 and Friday 0800-1450. Clinicals 24/7 as scheduled individually.
RN to BSN Spring 2009Register for the following NURS courses: 4431, 4436, 4440, 4551 and one of the 4556 sections. Classes start on Tuesday 1/6/09 at 0800, GC-004 (see link at the top of the page for the spring schedule and text list). Clinicals as scheduled individually.
