SGID folder prefix:

At the SGID FTP site ( ftp://ftp.agrc.state.ut.us/sgid/ ) notice the file name prefixes.  Each prefix will help you understand, in general, the content of the folder.  The following is a breakdown and definition of each prefix:

co   county level data
coslo   county - special low scale
qa  1 x 2 Degree quadrangle level data
qb  1 x 1 Degree quadrangle level data (internal use with AGRC)
qd  7.5 Minute quadrangle level data
qu  30x60 Minute quadrangle level data
st  state wide level data at variable scales

The above information will be covered in more detail later in the exercise.

Questions:

How many statewide folders are there in the SGID folder?

How many statewide folders are for metadata?

What is the name(s) of the 7.5 Minute quadrangle level data directories?
