R. Hunter Room - Hunter Conference Center
| A larger meeting room,
Charles Hunter is equipped with an excellent sound system for full
coverage, an 8-foot wide screen concealed in the ceiling when not
in use, a white board the width of the room,
phone jacks, wireless internet access, and fabric covered cork walls for hanging items. The
room is often reserved for a smaller exhibit hall because of the
many electrical outlets placed conveniently in the floor down the
center of the room. As in other rooms in the Conference Center, this
room has the capability of live, interactive connections for teleconferencing.
Charles Hunter can also be set up for catered meals. |
