Camp & Cabin
 Southern Utah University's Conference Services takes reservations for the newly renovated Sheepherders Camp. This authentic camp, located at an elevation of 8,000 feet, commands one of the most impressive views on Cedar Mountain. The green forest, pink cliffs, and blue sky come together in one inspiring vista to make your outdoor experience unforgettable.Though newly renovated with a covered concrete pavilion, picnic tables, rock-lined fire pit*, graveled parking, and completely usable bunkhouse, the Sheepherders Camp is rustic and primitive. There is a good old fashioned outhouse that can be used, but running water, electricity, and modern bathroom facilities are not available. Be sure to bring adequate water for drinking and washing. Camp users must make arrangements to have self-contained portable toilets brought in. Rates are very reasonable, and reservations are taken in advance. Call today for more information, 435-865-8219.
