This program provides specific courses which help teachers acquire greater skills in any of the following areas:

These courses are delivered in a combination of live classroom instruction and online content delivery.

The content and focus of these programs do not just help teachers be better teachers, but better professionals as well. The District and Association recognize the need to improve quality while rewarding those dedicated to this unique professional development opportunity. Those completing the prescribed 18 credits automatically qualify for an immediate $3,000 increase in base salary.

This opportunity is only available to Clark County teachers who currently hold a master’s degree. Visit the Clark County Center for Teaching Excellence (CTE) website for more information.
