 Request for Course Migration and Status
migration info

Important::

Because of the growing number of courses (+800) we are delegating back to the Department/Instructor the responsibility to inform us what they want done with their course(s) in WebCT 4. This form is the only format we want the information to be sent to us. Submitted information will be sent to a list for our records. Fill out the form completely.

Migration::

The Migration process is intended to be completed for Fall '08 -which means the WebCT 4 server will be shut down. This is a daunting task for us and to keep track of all the courses that will be migrated over. Migration will be performed on a first come first serve basis from our list of information submitted below.

New Online and OnCampus (Supplemental) Courses::

Faculty wanting to create new courses for Fall'08 in eLearning will need to also register here. Please contact the IMIC regarding the new Summer '08 offerings. Training will be required for all faculty before they use the eLearning system.

Courses not registered will be considered as abandoned, and will not be migrated to the eLearning system and deleted from WebCT 4. It is the intention of IT/Distance Ed. to shut down student access to the WebCT 4 server prior to the Fall '08 semester. All Internet sections are to be completly ready to offer by July 15, 2008 for the Fall semester.
