Dear SUU Employees;
We have been seeing an increase of inquiries from departments/organizations in using CANVAS for a Non-Course application. We here at SUU Online are more than happy to support Faculty and Staff with practical applications. To standardize and centralize these requests, SUU Online has developed the following submission form. Other submission formats, such as individual email or letters will not be acceptable.
Faculty cannot use this form to have students added to there Banner created shells. Such requests will be denied, as Banner only handles those enrollments.

Keep in mind that all of this is manually done by SUU Online. With the amount of work we have at our end, please be thorough and correct with your information. Incorrect information will be rejected.
Please complete the entire form, paying particular attention to the format examples provided. A separate form should be submitted for each shell.
New shell requests will be followed by a phone call from SUU Online to clarify the purpose of the shell.
