Here are a few quotes from todays speakers:
Dr. James Harrisonwas a great start for the day. He talked about language and the incredible thing it is that we are able to take idea's that can't be described by any of the senses and communicate them to others. He discussed education and the humanities. In particular he talked about the difference between signs and sympols. He said, "Words tell us what to think, music tells us what to feel".
David Asman talked about the Jewish faith and played some beautiful Jewish music. GHAers had a lot of great questions and in answering one of them David said that when we are comfortable with ourselves, we aren't worried about those around us who are different.
