There are many opportunities to gain experience in your chosen academic emphasis while you are a student at SUU. Since most universities provide coop-ed and internships, and many require their students to take one or more experiential learning classes, it is understandable that if a student at SUU does not gain experience through an internship or coop-ed assignment, the competitive edge during a job interview will go to the student with experience.
