SUU Student Employment Application

The SUU Student Employment Application is accepted by On-Campus Employers and many Off-Campus Employers.  To use or view the application, you must have Adobe Reader on your computer.  If you do not have this software, you may download it for free from here:

When you follow the link to the application, it will automatically open in Adobe Reader.  Please fill in your personal information and then print it on your printer.  You may also choose to print the blank application and fill it in later on a typewriter or neatly write your information on the form.

It is your responsibility to deliver your completed application to the employer.  Career Services acts only as a referral agent and will not accept your applications for on-campus employers or off-campus employers except under very rare circumstances when the EMPLOYER requests it.
