In the Eccles Living Learning Center, each apartment provides the following:

A centrally located kitchen with all major appliances, including:
• Oven/range
• Microwave (mounted over the oven)
• Refrigerator
• Dishwasher
• Large, eat-in counter with bar stools

The living room is very spacious and fully furnished with:
• Full-size sofa
• Loveseat
• Chair
• Coffee Table

Bedrooms are either private or shared. Each resident is provided with:
• Twin bed, extra long twin (39” x 80”) mattress
• Mattress Pad
• Desk with chair
• Dresser
• Closet

Two extra large bathrooms are located on either side of the central living areas. Each is equipped with:
• Full-size bathtub with shower & shower curtain
• Shower curtain rod
• Toilet
• Double-sink vanity located outside each bathroom

In addition, blinds are provided throughout the apartments, and a vacuum for the floor to share. Bedrooms, hallways, and the living room areas are beautifully carpeted. There are two large storage closets in each apartment. Bathrooms are trimmed with ceramic tile flooring. Kitchens have vinyl flooring for easy maintenance. Attractive, oak cabinetry sets off the kitchen and vanities, providing ample storage space.

Each apartment has plug-in internet connections in the living room, kitchen and each bedroom. Wireless internet technology is supported in the apartments and throughout the entire Eccles facility. Basic cable TV connections are provided in the living room and each bedroom. Local phone service is provided free, as are all utilities A telephone is located in the kitchen and phone jacks are provided in each bedroom.
