A $300 payment that demonstrates your commitment to reside in University Housing for the agreed term of license, as indicated on your application. This payment is applied to the total rent and is credited to your student account during the first semester of the license term. Payment due dates vary according to licenses (see listing below to determine your payment's due date). This Advance Rent Payment (associated with housing) is separate from the commitment fee (associated with admission to the university).
