Designed with 1st year students in mind, Cedar Hall’s innovative floor plan promotes a social atmosphere, making it easy to connect with other students. The building features a unique style of suites, in which two bedrooms join to a centrally located bathroom. Each bedroom accommodates two occupants, totaling four residents per suite. Suites are fully furnished (see tabs below).
Each resident is provided the following furniture and fixtures by University Housing.
Each room has wired internet connections, wireless internet reception, cable TV connections, window blinds, mirror, and wall-to-wall carpeting.
Each suite has one bathroom equipped with shower, shower curtain and toilet. A dual sink vanity is located outside the bathroom.
We recommend coordinating with roommates on the following items to avoid excessive duplication.
Cedar Hall common areas are regularly cleaned by University Housing Custodial. Residents are responsible for upkeeping their suite and should stock simple household cleaners. Resident Assistants provide temporary access to vacuum cleaners upon request. Repairs and regular maintenance of residence halls is performed by University Housing Maintenance. Residents may submit maintenance requests online.
