College View is an upper-classmen's home away from home. Located near the Centrum Arena, it is the one of the few campus communities that gives you a private, yet not secluded atmosphere. Each apartment provides each resident with the essentials; a furnished kitchen, a cozy living room with couches and a large bedroom. Internet access and cable television are included in each apartment and the complex is complemented by a spacious front lawn for all residents to enjoy. (See tabs at bottom of page for more details).
Each resident is provided the following furniture and fixtures in rooms by University Housing.
Each apartment has one bathroom equipped with full-size bathtub, shower curtain, sink and toilet.
Internet and cable TV connections are installed in the living room. Window blinds are mounted throughout the apartment.
We recommend coordinating with roommates on the following items to avoid excessive duplication.
Residents are responsible for upkeeping their apartment and should stock household cleaners. Resident Assistants provide temporary access to vacuum cleaners upon request. Repairs and regular maintenance of residence halls is performed by University Housing Maintenance. Residents may submit maintenance requests online.
College View residents may optionally choose one of these six meal plans:
