Final numbers are due 30 days prior to check in.
Failure of group directors/leaders to give thirty (30) days' notice of cancellation will result in a billing for the first night of lodging.
Groups coming in at a no show of more than 20 percent of the final confirmed number will be billed for the first night of lodging at 80 percent of the final confirmed booking.
Group directors/leaders ill be responsible for walking through housing facilities with HRL staff to assess any charges before completing check-out.
Group directors/leaders are responsible for providing continual supervision of youths (0-18 years) at the ratio of 1 adult per 8 youths
Check-in for groups is from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Housing and Residence Life Office in Juniper Hall. Group check-ins at any other time must be prearranged through the Housing and Residence Life Office. Check-outs must be complete (including walk-throughs and key return) by 11:00 a.m. Check-in is at the HRL office at Eccles Building -A, main lobby located on the corner of 500 W. and 200 S.
