Package Information

Student packages arriving through UPS, DHL, and FedEx will arrive at SUU Receiving once a day, usually before 1:00 p.m. Please do not call Receiving about packages going to your student box. All USPS packages arrive at the University before 10:00 a.m. When a package is received that is too big to put in a box, we will notify the box holder via an e-mail, which was provided at the time the box was rented, that a package has arrived. To pickup the package, a valid school ID or drivers license and signature is required.

Please make sure that your preferred e-mail address is up-to-date with the university and the post office.
