To apply for graduation, log into the mySUU portal; Click on the Student Records link; Select the Apply for Graduation link.
Your online degree audit is available in the mySUU portal under the DegreeWorks link. All requirements must be checked/met for a student to graduate. Upon review, if you note that any requirements are unmet you should meet with your academic advisor to discuss possible options.
Catalog graduation requirements are good for 6 years. After that, the student will need to take his/her graduation requirements from a more recent catalog.

Catalog graduation requirements, including maximum time to degree completion, are set by individual programs. Please review the details with your program advisor.

Your diploma fee will be assessed automatically as a part of the application process.
Associate's and Bachelor's Degree Regalia (cap, gown, tassel) is $35 and can be paid at the SUU Cashier's Office. Pay before February 15 and receive a $5 discount.
Master's Degree Regalia (cap, master's gown, tassel, hood) is $50 and can be paid at the SUU Cashier's Office. Pay before February 15 and receive a $5 discount.
No sizing of gowns is necessary and the regalia is yours to keep. Pick-up your graduation regalia during the Grad Fair which is held prior to Commencement at the SUU Alumni House located on the corner of 300 West and University Boulevard. Watch for email correspondence for Grad Fair days and times, as well as other information you will need to know about Commencement.
