Graduate's Checklist

  • Review your DegreeWorks degree audit online to confirm that you have met all program requirements. If you identify any missing requirements, contact your academic advisor immediately.
  • Apply for graduation within the mySUU portal by the appropriate deadline

  • The application deadline and $15 diploma fee applies to all degree recipients.
  • Order and pay for your cap and gown with the Cashiers Office.
  • Complete the ADA online request form for all graduates & guests who will require special ADA accommodations Graduation weekend.
  • All fees, the mandatory diploma fee and the cap & gown fee, must be paid before a transcript or diploma will be released.
  • Pick up your cap, gown and regalia at the Grad Fair, May 2 or 3, 2013.
