Graduate's Checklist

Review your DegreeWorks degree audit online to confirm that you have met all program requirements. If you identify any missing requirements, contact your academic advisor immediately.
Apply for graduation within the mySUU portal by the appropriate deadline

• Order and pay for your cap and gown with the Cashiers Office.
• Complete the ADA online request form for all graduates & guests who will require special ADA accommodations Graduation weekend.
• All fees, the mandatory diploma fee and the cap & gown fee, must be paid before a transcript or diploma will be released.
• Pick up your cap, gown and regalia at the Grad Fair, May 2 or 3, 2013.
