Dances/Special Events

SUU Clubs and Organizations may request and reserve space in the Sharwan Smith Center. Clubs and organizations may not reserve space for weekly meetings or regularly scheduled meetings. They may, however, appeal to SUUSA to utilize spaces for such meetings. In compliance with the Student Activities dance policy, Clubs and organizations may not reserve space for dances sponsored as a fund-raiser. The Student Activities Office reserves the right to determine the need for paid security at dances/special events.
