Zion is the only meeting room that has partitions at this time. The south (side) wall is made up of ceiling height windows, which provide a bright atmosphere for any meeting. The windows are also equipped with vertical blinds that can make the room dark for presentations. Combined occupancy figures can be split in half to determine the maximum occupancy for smaller groups.

A full array of audiovisual equipment and technicians can be arranged
through the University's media center. Flip-charts, easels, high-intensity
overhead projectors, slide projectors, screens, sound systems, VCRs,
and monitors are readily available. (Appropriate rental charges will
be assessed.)
