Immunizations

Immunizations are not required for enrollment at Southern Utah University except for international students. It is strongly recommended that immunizations are up to date. The student should have a copy of his or her immunizations with them.

Free HPV vaccine and Hepatitis B vaccine is available to those students who qualify, while supplies last. For more information about these programs:

The following immunizations are recommended for college students:

Limited immunizations are available at SUU Student Health Services:
Meningitis, Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis, HPV, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, and the Flu Vaccine. Some vaccines may need to be pre-ordered, and pre-paid. Delivery is generally within 3-4 days after ordering.

We also offer tuberculosis skin testing.

Other vaccines are offered by the Southwest Utah Public Health Department, Phone: (435) 586-2437.
