Our program is limited to 650 students annually, of which two-thirds must meet these two eligibility requirements: Verification of income below maximum allowed for applicants family. Potential first generation college student (i.e. Neither parent has graduated from a four year college.) The remaining one-third need only meet one of the eligibility requirements. How can I Apply? Contact the ETS Advisor from your school or download the following application and mail it to the address below.
