  The Premier Plan allows you to see any provider you choose; however, when you receive care from one of our contracted Premier providers, you will have less out-of-pocket expense.
• Advantage Plan
  The Advantage Plan gives you the ease of knowing that your out-of-pocket expenses will be going to an in-network dentist. You will receive quality care, excellent benefits, and low co-payments.
• Value Discount Program
  With the Value Discount Program, you and your family can receive quality care at reduced prices, up to 70 percent savings on most dental services. This is a discount program, not an insurance policy.
