Family Planning Program

Family planning services are provided by the Southwest Utah Public Health Department.

• Various forms of contraception available to fit an individual's lifestyle.
• Medical exam provided by participating practitioners including the SUU Student Health Clinic.
• Program available to those who do not have health coverage or whose coverage does not cover contraceptives.
• $20.00 fee (for visit with Health Department RN and exam by medical provider).
• Health education and counseling provided.
• $10.00 per month for birth control pills.
• Sexually transmitted infection and pregnancy testing is available at SUU Student Health Services.
• Condoms are available at the SUU Wellness Center.
