Fees

There is a one time $10.00 Record Fee, for the first visit, to all providers in the Wellness Center. There is not a fee to see a psychological counselor.

There is a $5.00 fee for missed appointments that are not cancelled 24 hours prior to the appointment, and/or for late arrivals (15 minutes or more past a scheduled appointment).The appointment may need to be rescheduled. This applies to all clients seen in the Wellness Center.
There are charges for supplies and tests done in the Wellness Center. If a provider in the Wellness Center feels it is necessary to refer the student to community providers, specialists, the emergency room, or for laboratory tests or x-rays, the student is responsible for those costs. It is also the student's responsibility to purchase prescriptions that have been prescribed. There are several community pharmacies to choose from. Local pharmacies can be found in the Yellow Pages under “Pharmacy” or “Pharmacies”.
