Textbooks on Reserve

If textbooks were placed on reserve at the SUU Library:

1. Which ones would you use?

2. Which ones do you feel should be there?

3. Which ones do you feel would be most beneficial?

Please answer all three.

As a biology major, I think that more biology and science textbooks should be in the library. These books range from anywhere between $100-$300 depending on the class and since most of the books are not used every semester and we cannot sell them back to the bookstore, why not give the students the opportunity to save some money (and some trees).

I think CSIS books should be reserved because the books keep changing every other year with to keep up with the new technology and so it's hard for students to sell their books back to the bookstore

Books that change every year shouldn't be on the reserve list because the purpose of the program is not only to save money for students but to provide the most benefit for the least money and a book that becomes obsolete in one year is not a good use of funds.
