Merit Money System

This money is not automatically given to you.  You must fill out a provided form demonstrating that you have indeed done the activity and provide appropriate information asked for on that sheet. Please make sure it is filled out in full.

There are two ways in which the money will be given to the club.

  1. The money will be transferred into an on campus account (if the club has one- highly recommended)
  2. A check will be written in the name of the club

Forms must be received no later then 14 days after an event. Forms are located on the CSI website, as well as in the student government offices. These forms may be dropped off in your delegate’s box or in the CSI VP’s box. We regretfully will not take late forms.

The merit money system is a new system still with flaws. It is continually changing in the best interest of the clubs. We encourage each of you to take advantage of this system as means to help with your club’s finances.  If you have any questions dealing with Merit Money issues please contact your delegate or the Vice President of Involvement.
