Be it resolved by a quorum of the Senate of the Southern Utah University Student Association that the SUUSA Senate By-Laws be amended to match the attached document.

Whereas: Senators are given new responsibilities to collect receipts and verify spending of allocated monies, and;
Whereas: Senators are to review the SUUSA Transparency Bill every other year.
Therefore let it be resolved that the SUUSA Senate By-Laws be amended to match the attached document.
