A resolution to the SUUSA Senate that the current 2008-2009 agency fees of the Senate, Assembly, Executive, Activities, Student Body Scholarship and the Utah Student Association budgets be proposed and approved, according to the budget attached to this resolution.
(a) Whereas, According to the SUUSA Constitution, Article V Section 15, the SUUSA Senate approves the allocation of all student fees within SUUSA, and;
(b) Whereas, the SUUSA Controller and Executive Council created, and is currently using, a budget that has not been reviewed and/or approved by the SUUSA Senate, and;
and;
(c) Whereas, SUUSA has no official budget until it is approved by the Senate.
Therefore let it be resolved that the SUUSA Senate approve the outlined budget attached to this resolution.
