(Focus Day)

Be it appropriated by a quorum of the Senate of the Southern Utah University Student
Association that $276.19 be allocated to the Beverly Taylor Sorenson College of Education and Human Development for their focus day.
Whereas: this will help bridge a connection between faculty, staff and students in the college;
Whereas: the students will have the opportunity to ask the dean and faculty questions concerning their majors and graduation requirements;
Whereas: funding will provide refreshments to encourage attendance and social networking
Whereas: this will be a one day event
Whereas: this will unite the Elementary and Secondary Education students and
Whereas: it is required to hold this focus day event according to the senate by-laws.
Therefore let it be enacted that $276.19 be allocated to the Beverly Taylor Sorenson College of Education and Human Development.
