Be it resolved by a quorum of the Senate of the Southern Utah University Student Association that SUUSA Senate Bylaws and Rules of Order be amended to match the attached documents.
Whereas: The edited Bylaws are to update the positions appointed within the senate and make them constitutional;
Whereas: A member of the Judicial Council cannot be appointed as the Parliamentarian for the Senate as it is unconstitutional for the Senate to appoint individuals from outside its body;
Whereas: The edited Rules of Order update the line for the submittal of bills and resolutions;
Whereas: The edited Rules of Order update the time and day that Senate holds its public meetings.
Be it resolved by a quorum of the Senate of the Southern Utah University Student Association that SUUSA Senate Bylaws and Rules of Order be amended to match the attached documents.
