Be it resolved by a quorum of the Senate of the Southern Utah University Student Association that the current Senate template for bills as stated in senate resolution 03-06 be amended to add the financial form, according to the bill form attached to this resolution
Whereas: According to the SUUSA Constitution, Article V Section 18, the Senate alone has the power to appropriate funds allocated to the Senate;
Whereas: The attachment of the financial form will speed up the process of allocating monies.
Therefore let it be resolved that the SUUSA Senate approve the addition of the financial form to the senate bill template.
