EMI WELLNESS
EMI stands for Educators Mutual Insurance, and is the insurance provider to Southern Utah University. EMI has an extensive Wellness program that complements and supports SUU's internal Wellness program, T-Fit. EMI offers, in particular, a comprehensive Health Risk Assessment tool, and and effective Wellness Coaching program. The EMI website, too, is a gateway to an endless resource pool on all issues of Wellness, including information on nutrition, physical fitness, and occupational ergonomics.
