Thanks for offering a yoga class at noon on Wednesdays! It's a great class and you get a nap at the end - yay! I hope more people take advantage of this benefit offered by T-fit as I don't want it to go away. I thought it would be too hard to do at my age, but it was just a good stretch and made me feel great for the rest of the day. Thanks T-fit!

Mckennan, Thanks for asking. Linda, Thanks for commenting. I am meeting this week with ppl this week to educated myself on the history and future of the Yoga Group, and I hope to have details for the revival of the Group ready for announcement at the T-Fit Challenge Celebration and Shindig event, for all employees, next Tuesday, January 17 at noon. Lunch will be served. Challenge prizes will be awarded. And Fun will be had! Please come! And bring all your officemates! In the meantime, I will certainly put you on the particular emailing list for all news and correspondence about the Yoga Group. Thank you for posting on the Forum!!

I was the only one in Kenzie's yoga class this morning. It's nice to have private instruction, but it'd sure be great to share the fun. Perhaps people are nervous about missing the first fifteen or so minutes of work with it ending at 8 am? It's not a work-hard-and-get-all-sweaty kind of thing, so you can do hair and makeup, go and do yoga, then just change into work clothes and show up at work all relaxed and ready to go.
