Court Appointed Special Advocate Program (CASA) Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) is looking for volunteers, 21 and older, to work with abused and neglected children. We volunteers advocate for children, birth to 18 years, who are involved in juvenile court. We request a one-year time commitment and a minimum of 10-15 hours per month, or about 2 hours per week.
