President’s Higher Education Community Service Honor Roll Application for 2013

Southern Utah University Template

Submission deadline Friday, November 16, 2012

Last year, SUU applied successfully for recognition by the President’s Honor Roll by documenting nearly 92,000 hours of service and service-learning activities by our students. Now applying for the fourth successive year, we are aiming for 100,000 hours and need your support. We want to know about all campus-based student service and service-learning programs between July 1, 2011 and June 30, 2012 (Fall 2011, Spring 2012, Summer 2012). For more information, please see the Corporation for National and Community Service web site at http://myproject.nationalservice.gov/honorroll/. If possible, we ask that you complete one template for each service or service-learning program. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!
