Why you should attend the Graduate School Fair

• Jump start your career by becoming an "employable quality graduate"
• Graduate School Fair comes only once per year
• Network to broaden your horizons after graduation
• Campus representatives from more than 70 schools with graduate, business, and health professions programs
• Opportunity to discuss admissions and degree requirements
• Talk informally with admissions representatives about their specific institution and about the benefits of graduate study in general

Tips for Graduate Fair Attendees

• Dress – Business Casual*
• Arrive at 10 – Give yourself time to visit with people
• Come prepared – Do your research on the institutions that most interest you
• Shake hands confidently with the representative
• Introduce yourself in a friendly manner
• Ask lots of questions
• Thank eaach representative you speak with

Remember, YOU are representing SUU, while they're representing their schools.   Making a good first impression will encourage them to participate in future Fairs.

*If you are unsure how to dress please come to the Career Café in suite 177 of the Sharwan Smith Building for assistance
