President's Higher Education Community Service Honor Roll Application -- Deadline Friday, December 2, 2011

Last year, SUU applied successfully for recognition by the President's Honor Roll by documenting over 76,000 hours of service and service-learning activities by our students. In support of this year's aim, Six Figures of Service, we need to know more about student service hours between July 1, 2010 and June 30, 2011. For more information about these awards and the Corporation for National and Community Service, please see http://myproject.nationalservice.gov/honorroll/. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!

Note that text boxes will expand and you can cut-and-paste from other documents into this one.  When finished, please hit the SUBMIT button below.  Thank you!
